Virtual support sessions to work on your training goals.
We all know training works best when we keep it up – but sometimes the boring but important stuff slips away.
Those long puppy nails, that relaxation exercise, and that phobia of flies my dog has - all easy to put off until the next time you remember how stressful it is.
That’s why I’ve created Body Double Sessions.
What’s a Body Double Support Session?
Join our 30-minute online check-ins, which are free for Dig Dog Training clients. These sessions provide a supportive environment where you can stay on track, receive feedback, and complete your training exercises.
These sessions are based on the concept of body doubling, which means having someone "with you" (even virtually) helps you stay focused and accomplish your tasks.
With added accountability and encouragement, training becomes much more manageable and enjoyable and less like you’ve avoided your homework another week. As a forever procrastinator, I need this as much as you!
These sessions may be ideal for you if you have:
Completed an initial session
Outstanding goals related to behaviours that you are struggling with, such as nail trims, car anxiety, noise sensitivity, relaxation, muzzle training, and more
A desire for structured time to work on your homework
Just checking in on you and your pup!
